Maple Lane Equestrian Trailers

The Duo series is Böckmann's most popular model series, created for horses standing up to 1.75m or 17 hands at the withers. Efficient, affordable and offering all the standard safety features for horse and rider, this stylish series is offered in 3 wall colours: Anthracite (Black), Silver and Granite Grey, as shown on the upper left photo. The fibreglass portions of the trailers (roof and bow in Duo R) come in a standard silver colour, and may be ordered in metallic colours of black (anthracite), dark blue and green at no additional cost. Boeckmann Standard roof & front bow colours also include Flame Red, Metallic Red, White or Yellow - at a small surcharge. Other RAL colours may be ordered, also at a surcharge.

The Duo series is Böckmann's laminate class. The superstructure is constructed of 13-ply Finnish baltic birch laminate, with a colour-fast weather-proof coating. Equipped with the European mechanical braking system, galvanized steel side braces and chassis, Böckmann provides safety and stability for your horse.

You can choose between 2-horse and single horse models, with or without tack storage.

Standard Features: Duo R

Offering saddle storage in the "nose" or front bow of the trailer, the Duo series is the "all-you-need" model.

Chassis:

Built from hot-dipped galvanized steel, the Duo rides on the Comfortable Suspension Chassis System (CFF-Plus) - an independent torsion suspension with added shocks for a smooth ride for the horse. An automatic jockey wheel mounted on an integrated lockable 2" coupler allows the rider to easily raise or lower the chassis frame for hitching purposes and moving the trailer by hand around the yard.

Body:

Laminate side walls- 1500 mm high -covered in a weather proof coating in your choice of anthracite/silver/gray is topped with a metallic silver roof. Different roof colours are available (accessory). The rear loading ramp is a full 5' in length with gas shocks as lifting assists. A step on rear ramp allows you to step up and control the canvas lift with integrated net. Single plastic fenders, two pop-out tinted windows, decoration stripes on the side wall, with a decor by Jan Künster, completes the look. All trailers for North America come with a mounted full spare wheel.

Internal Space:

The inner stall area is a bright white in both wall and roof colour. The rubber flooring is glued and sealed to the laminate floor beneath - so no urine and water can attack the floor. The laminate floor has a protective, robust PVC under coating to keep out water and salt. The loading ramp is covered with rubber integrated safety treads and side stops - preventing slipping in inclement weather. The Multi-Safe stall bar system + anti-panic stall system allows you to adjust height of the stall bars and the length of the stall. In an emergency the chest bars can be released from outside the trailer. The transparent PVC partition is mounted on tubular galvanized steel, and is easily swivelled left or right to accommodate a more open stall space for loading. Interior lighting is found in both the stall area and tack storage. Black lateral kick plates complete the inside stall walls. The Saddle Chest offers 2 telescopic saddle racks that are height adjustable and removable. A broom with telescopic handle, a shovel, a door mirror and net complete the Saddle Chest Kit.

Standard Features: Duo C Western

Offering WESTERN saddle storage in the front of the trailer, the Duo C Western series is the "all-you-need" model for hitting the trails, barrel racing or heading to clinics!
